What it does
Not another chat. An assistant that gets things done.
Give it a task and it finishes it, even after you close the browser. Everything below is in the app you get.
Voice
Talk to it and interrupt it whenever you like. It keeps answers short, reads amounts and dates naturally, and leaves what can't be said out loud in the chat.
Automations
A morning briefing in one click, recurring tasks (“every weekday at 7:30 send me an overview”) and watching websites or RSS feeds with a heads-up when something new appears.
Memory
It remembers your preferences, facts and decisions and uses the relevant ones with every question. You can see your memories and delete them. It looks up older conversations on its own when it needs to.
Documents
It reads and searches uploaded documents, scans included. It creates a quote, a letter or a spreadsheet in Word or Excel.
Telegram
Message it like anyone else, voice notes included. It replies, sends finished files and your morning briefing. It only listens to you and never reads your personal chats.
Tasks and reminders
“Remind me tomorrow at 9 to call Peter.” The reminder arrives in the app and on Telegram. Tasks with due dates and a morning overview of what's overdue and what's due today.
Approval for risky actions
Sending mail, changing your calendar, writing to a connected service: ORBIT shows what it's about to do and waits for your yes. Approve with a card in the app, a Telegram button or by replying “yes”. You can edit a draft e-mail before it goes out.

From payment to your first question, nothing to install

Pick an address and pay
Choose a subdomain, enter your e-mail and pay with Stripe. Your card details never reach us.

Get the e-mail
Your instance is set up automatically. When it's ready, you get an e-mail with a one-time link to the first setup.

Add your key and connect services
Choose a password and enter your AI key (Anthropic or OpenAI). Then connect Telegram and Google: for Gmail and Calendar you create your own Google client (OAuth) following the step-by-step instructions in the app. No programming, just clicking through.

Your data, your instance
You're letting an assistant into your mail and calendar. So it's built to do nothing without you, and to keep your data apart from everyone else's.

Your own isolated instance
Its own database, its own secrets and its own backups. Your instance never uses other customers' keys or connections.

Daily encrypted off-server backups
A database backup every day plus an off-server copy, encrypted separately for your instance. Monitoring checks every day that the backups are fresh.

Keys never go through the chat
Passwords, tokens and keys never pass through the chat or the AI model. ORBIT opens a secure field for them and stores them encrypted.

Nothing goes out without approval
An e-mail, a calendar event, a message or a write to a connected service waits for your yes. Text from other people's mail and websites can't approve anything and never reaches memory.

Export during your subscription
While your subscription runs, export a ZIP with everything from Settings in one click: conversations, memories, tasks, automations and documents. After you cancel, we send you an export on request.

Daily and monthly limits on AI usage. You get a warning at 80% and new tasks stop at 100%.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need?
An AI key from Anthropic or OpenAI; the setup links to where you get one. For Gmail and Calendar, a Google account and your own Google client (OAuth), which you create once following the step-by-step instructions in the app. For Telegram, your own bot, also following the instructions in the app. No programming, just clicking through. Voice in the browser works right away; transcribing voice notes and server-side voice need an OpenAI key.
How much does the AI cost?
It's not part of the subscription: you pay the provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) directly for what ORBIT uses. The app prices every task and enforces the daily and monthly limits you set. A new instance starts at $3 a day and $40 a month, and you get a warning at 80% of a limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. After your instance is set up we e-mail you a subscription-management link, and you cancel there in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then you keep using ORBIT.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
At the end of the paid period we pause the instance and keep your data for 30 days. During that time we send you an export on request, or you can renew via the link in the e-mail. After that we delete it. While your subscription runs, you can export everything yourself any time in Settings.
Is it secure?
Your instance has its own database, secrets and encrypted backups, separate from other customers. Keys never pass through the chat or the model. Anything that goes out (an e-mail, an event, a message) waits for your approval. Your requests are processed by the AI provider whose key you use, under the contract you have directly with them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in the browser on any phone (you can add the app to your home screen) and over Telegram. A native iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store.
Which languages?
The app interface is in Slovak; an English interface isn't available yet. The assistant answers in the language you write or speak to it in, for example English or Slovak.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
Yes, within 14 days. Because you ask us to start the service right after payment, you pay only a proportionate amount for the days you had it and we refund the rest. Details are in the terms.
